Terms & Conditions:
 

1. Subscription Fees: All subscription fees must be paid in advance based on the selected package (Starter/Advance/Premium Package).

 

2. Pricing Structure:

       •    Data Package: RM488 per month.     

       •    Automation Package: RM988 per month..

       •    Intelligent Package: RM1,888 per month.

 

3. No Contract
There is no long-term commitment. Customers may choose to renew or cancel their subscription at any time.

4. Auto-Renewal
By subscribing to our service, you agree that your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly or yearly basis unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Automatic Payment
The subscription fee will be automatically charged to your selected payment method each month on the billing date.

6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial use or early termination.

7. Renewals (Manual Option)
For customers not enrolled in auto-renewal, subscriptions will not renew automatically. Customers must contact the service provider before their subscription expires to renew or modify their plan.

8. Payments & Late Fees
All payments must be made via the selected payment method. Late payments may result in temporary suspension of service until full payment is received.

9. Policy Updates
The company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions with prior notice. Any changes will take effect 30 days after notification.

10. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes will be governed under the laws of Malaysia. Any claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.

11. Service Interruptions
The company is not liable for any service interruptions due to factors beyond its control, including but not limited to power outages, natural disasters, or third-party failures.
